Are we a match?
We are looking for a highly self-motivated, resourceful and reliable HBO/WO intern to help us with virtually everything we have going on at our very exciting startup related to B2B sales, logistics and online marketing. This candidate needs to be excited about cultural heritage & artisanal goods and enjoys being part of a fast-paced online marketplace with a lot of moving parts, where we are trying to completely disrupt and transform a centuries-old industry.
Business Development is detrimental to the success of our business, and we need your full support to help us realise our ambitious growth targets. This role will position you in the midst of the core elements of our business: our curated suppliers and online shoppers. You will be helping us to increase our supplier base, product offering, and to form strategic partnerships with other companies while being responsible for the online marketing at the same time.

The ideal candidate is motivated to take the initiative and self-lead while completing tasks, is super smart, creative but also analytical, an excellent communicator and detail oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office (good with Excel), and preferably in Photoshop and analytic tools.
Furthermore, you should have meaningful experience creating (and posting) visual (and copy) content for social media campaigns across multiple online channels (Email Newsletter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to increase consumer engagement, web traffic, and conversions.
Lastly, it's all hands on deck in a startup, so this person needs to be willing and comfortable doing anything that comes up, as we all are doing! We prefer full-time however are open to someone who can work at least three days a week.
