Wonderkind’s technology enables clients to reach perfect candidates through intelligent algorithms. With our innovative tooling, the client is able to promote their vacancies on social media platforms that their perfect candidate is most active on. Within the Customer Success department we always aim to achieve the highest success-rate for our clients. We do this by proactively supporting our client base, in order to let them succeed with our innovative tooling.
The ins and outs of marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and new added channels.
Be responsible for setting up and optimizing campaigns according to the client's wishes.
Master the CRM system: keeping all customer information up-to-date
Assist Customer Success Representatives with the day-to-day operations within the department.
Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Representatives to help out clients with their inquiries from A to Z.
Have the chance to join or initiate a project that impacts the performance of Wonderkind.
